TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AWARDS SUBMISSION

The closing date for entries for the Insurance Investor | European Awards 2024 is Friday 29th March 2024. Please ensure you complete your entries by this date.

There is no charge to submit an entry for an award/s.

With the exception of the ‘Life Insurance Investment Strategy Of The Year’ and ‘Non-Life Insurance Investment Strategy Of The Year Awards’, each company that submits at least one award entry by the original submission deadline of 29th March 2024 and is subsequently shortlisted for at least one award agrees to pay £500 + VAT for 1 place at the awards ceremony in London, in September 2024.

For the avoidance of doubt, if a company enters multiple awards categories, they need only purchase one ticket to attend the awards ceremony, to ensure a representative is present to collect the award in the event that your organisation might win. Further single tickets are sold at £600 + VAT or a table of 5 can be purchased for £3,500 + VAT. Invoices for single tickets for those entering the awards will be sent by July 1st, 2024, and payable by September 1st, 2024. Click here for more information about the awards ceremony.

Clear Path Analysis reserve the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or retract award categories should the standard of entries received not reach the required standard. You will be notified in writing if anything changes regarding an awards category that you have entered.

Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering.

Please complete all sections of the form anonymously, without reference to your company / client's organisation name. Entries that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limits in each section will not be accepted.

We ask all entrants to supply at least one company and / or client logo. Please supply this in JPEG or PNG format and upload it with your entry under 2MB.

All completed entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission.

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry.

We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners’ trophies. Please try and keep your entry title concise and to the point.

We will not publish your entries without seeking approval. Winners are sometimes asked following the awards if they are willing to allow their entries to be made public to showcase your work.

Please contact the Awards Team at awards@clearpathanalysis.com, if you need further advice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AWARDS JUDGING

The organiser and judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.

Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by email (on the address provided in the application) on the shortlist announcement date. Please ensure this mailbox is monitored.

In the interest of transparency, judges will not judge any categories they have entered themselves.

Judges will declare any perceived conflict of interest to the event organisers ahead of reading any entries.

Judges will not share confidential material, judging papers or entries with anyone. Clear Path Analysis will delete all judging materials immediately after the judging period.

Judges can only access entries that they have been provided to score.

Judges will not notify anyone that they have won or that they are shortlisted ahead of the official announcements.

Judges will not provide any feedback to entrants as to why they have not won or were not shortlisted – all requests for feedback must be directed to the Awards Team at awards@clearpathanalysis.com.
